She looked out at the ocean, sighing as he started talking, asking for a second chance. She shook her head and looked over at him. Then he suggested actually going and talking to Callisto and her eyes widened in fear.
"NO! There is no way you're setting foot in our territory, the second they see you, they'll kill you. Not even that fancy suit can save you from them."
She walked over to him, pushing his chest a little as she told him what was what. He just didn't understand.
"She doesn't want any help and in her mind, she doesn't need any help of any kind. She said no, so just drop it."

Tony stood there, taking her push to his chest without moving much. This.. wasn't going too well to help them, and this leader of their's seemed.. quite bull-headed. " I still want to help you, and your people. So, if that means supplying YOU, who in turn gives them supplies, or something like that, then so be it. " he said, looking at her, taking a hand of her's into his.

She listened to his offer and shook her head, closing her eyes. She sighed and looked up at him.
"She'll find out it's charity from a surface dweller. And when she does I'm out. And if I go... father goes."
She closed her eyes and lowered her head as she mentioned Gorgon. She knew if she was thrown out, he would follow whether Callisto threw him out or not. She couldn't do that to him. They both had grown up with the Morlocks. It was all they knew. She couldn't make him leave that.

Tony looked back to her, concern on his face. Certainly he did not want her to be kicked out of this place she was in, yet he still wanted to help.. somehow. Such hopes seemed to be more and more futile though. Still, if she was kicked out, he could provide a place for her and her father.
" I... I don't know what to say. I want to help.. but I don't want to cause any problems to you or your father. " Tony closed his eyes, still holding onto her hand, his mind searching for something... anything that might be able to help.

She stood for a few moments as he thought over what she'd told him. She was withdrawn, sad. She had grown up in the tunnels, it was everything to her and the thought of living above ground even in a house, near all those surface dwellers, near all that light. The only thing she liked about the light from the surface was the sunset. And she saw that so rarely that it had become a bit of a guilty pleasure for her. Gorgon hated the people on the surface. They'd never done anything good for him, and she'd grown up learning nothing but how bad things were up on the surface. She remembered very vaguely living up top in an orphanage for children like her, all of them physically different. She'd been happy there, but she was happier with Gorgon. With someone to call family. As she lift her head to look at Tony, there were tears in her eyes, making her look like the frightened child she often felt like. But the look was gone a moment later as she blinked the tears away. He genuinely wanted to help her. Biting her lip, she started to think, then something occurred to her and she looked up at him.
"What food we get, we have to raid. We rarely get enough for everybody. If... if I told you some of the places we hit, maybe you could make sure there's enough for us and no guards or something. Then you'd be helping us, but not in a way that's exactly... charity."

Tony watched as the tears streamed from her eyes. It was sad to see someone so beautiful cry like this. Yet, in a split second, it all stopped, which was curious.
"That... sounds like a good plan. Though, we're going to have to do this carefully, as I'll have to likely buy the places to do this. Shouldn't be a problem though. I have plenty of contacts and alias' to take care of that part. This... this could work. " he said, a hand on his chin, already laying things out in his mind. Without thought though, his other hand started to run up her arm.

She swallowed a little as he agreed with the plan. She nodded a little, closing her eyes and taking a steady breath to compose herself. She was silent for a moment as he started considering how to execute their plan. She was thinking silently about how this could turn out for the Morlocks. They could get so much more food than before, eat like kings. Father would have more than enough food to support his girth.
Her thoughts were broken as his hand moved up her arm and she gasped, pulling away from him and taking a couple steps back, reaching up and covering her arm defensively. She stared up at him, shocked. It was obvious what she was thinking. What he might want in return for his help. She took a shaky breath and in a flash of movement, she grabbed a javelin and held it up as it glowed brightly with power.
"You bastard... Believe it or not, I have heard about you. I know who you are, your reputation. You're sick. No deal. You stay away from us."
Before he could reply, she dropped into a portal that closed too quickly for him to react. She landed in her tent beside her still comatose father and just fell to her knees, dropping the javelin as the glow left it. Closing her eyes, she put her head in her hands and took a shaky breath. She couldn't believe she'd been so stupid, trying to make deals with New York's biggest womanizer. She wouldn't be fooled again. If they met after tonight, there wouldn't be any talking or touching. She'd just leave. And if he tried anything before she could, he'd get a javelin up his ass.
