Talia moved quickly threw the facility her eyes looking around something bothered her and she could not quite think, why was she here, couldn't,t be for food as there was none , couldn't be for the intellectual talk as her only friend didn't talk. she moved around the area her own yellow eyes scanning around her before she moved back to Ghost and sat half crouched facing him.
"This place is empty , but why are we here ?" she asked looking at him with her yellow eyes watching him closely she watched not his face but his hands, for when she was put in the same cell as him she had found a friend , he was scared and alone as was she hey formed a bond that she has never broken she looks after him and he looks after her in his own way. She saw him as a brother she didn't have nd he helped her threw those nights she woke shaking and terrified, so much so she would cry as he would hold her close.
Now she sat watching around her a small fire burned in a ring of stones made from bricks that lay scattered around them. She had begun to wonder why they were there she knew most were there for money but ,money didn't interest her, nope her memories interested her or lack of they seemed wrong and didn't feel right.

Kai followed Talia, silent as a shadow through the building known as The Facility. They were mission partners and good friends, if not close friends. When Nocturne stopped Kai did too. Talia went on a bit further and then came back to ask why they were in the building. Kai was perplexed. Why were they here? Kai knew he was here for a purpose but just didn’t remember the purpose was. Talia crouched down and looked down at his hands, since that was how he communicated: through his hands.
<<I'm not sure myself, sorry, TJ. I wish I knew. This place....it feels wrong>> signed Kai, taking a step with a look of fear on his face. The place seemed....well, he didn’t know how to describe it. It was like people were being used to do something. That was the feeling that he got from this place.
<<Talia, do you ever feel like you should be somewhere else? Like you don’t belong here?>>

"I have explained your situations numerous times. Or so I wish you would begin to listen. Being young, it is hard isn't it? Don't worry I understand your wish to understand this place and the work here but in time, you'll begin to respect us for what we do."
The voice was from the walls. It was the voice of the man both met on some regular basis. A man called James. The camera that turned to them showed them to the very same man. Who was watching them as he always did. To better understand and compensate for their young skill, and abilities. He had decided to give them a full exam as today. It was 'graduation'.
"As you know this is an installation that we used many years ago during the Weapon X program. The lower sections are locked and generally unaccessable. For today your exercise will be a graduation from your junior rank and fully into the Marauders. A team we formed to combat against the ongoing mutant threat. Kai, your family was killed by a rather dangerous mutant, as well you Nocturne had been attacked by a group of mutant combatants. You are the youngest inductees into our team."
The camera turned. The open floor before them showed no dangers. However, it was not so simple. A catwalk followed the upper area, and against the four-walled room itself. The farthest end of the room was a computer room. Where inside, numerous devices were on. Seeming to be ready for use. The test was going to be in sections. James, now began to explain just what it was the two youths were supposed to do.
"Your mission is simple. For now, you must reach that control station and unlock an elevator nearby. Following to the second level. There, you will be given further instructions. Your powers will be important though in passing traps and other obstacles yet to come. I want to see what you can both do. It is important you know that the future you are being trained for is dangerous. Yet you two are necessary in stopping the eventual war between mankind and mutantkind, so to ensure peace for everyone."
He also adds. "If you follow us. The Facility will do everything in its power to get you whatever you want. The mutants that took your lives, your families and friends. Or even the knowledge of the lives you've lost. It is in our power to do just that."
James was certain they will not defy his offer as true. He'd already done so much for the others in the group. It's only reasonable to believe he can do the same for them.
((Basically there are three levels. You're on the First Floor, then there is the Sub-Floor A, and Sub-Floor B. Your goals will be explained as you progress each floor and to the goals set by James. You are in an abandoned facility, it's not the actual Facility you are normally housed in. This is both a 'test' and will become more of an adventure when things progress. I hope you won't mind. ^_^))

Talia shrank at the sound of a voice as it echoed around the room they sat in. She looked around spotting a camera pointed at them. Listening she saw flashes of memories some good some not so both mixed in her mind.
When he spoke of weapon X she tipped her head to her left slightly to hr left whispering one word "wolverine" she said softly her heart beat fast, nope not for Talia as the floor sank away leaving just a walk way in front of them. she studied it carefully but then turned to the camera.
"Even restore memories ?" she shouted upward to ward it her hands clenched , she knew the memories in her mind were not her own she had dreamed it and felt it, the pain, the cold the forced memories entering her mind little by little till it gave in and accepted them.
she turned to Ghost and motioned to the room on the other side, with a sigh she knew she could get across but she wasn't so sure about Ghost.
moving to the walk way she cautiously walked over she didn't like teleporting when walking was good enough if something happened she could always blow it up or port some place safe with him. Her eyes watched as she slowly moved across the walk way with ghost behind her.
She turned slowly to look at him as she moved. "you ok?" she asked the mans words ringing in her mind still, "power to get you whatever you want." it ran clear in her mind, what she wanted was her memories back

When the voice came forth Kai became alert and saw the camera within seconds. The young mutant listened carefully to what the voice said, registering what he and his friend had to do. So this was an initiation test into their little group. Their mission was simple: for now, they had to reach the control station and unlock an elevator nearby, following to the second level. There, they would be given further instructions. Kai nodded to show that he had understood. The floor changed into a walkway, which made Kai become slightly nervous. Nocturne would be able to pass there easily but he had to use a different tactic. The man behind the voice he was assessing both of them essentially.
Kai vaguely heard Nocturne’s question about restoring memories and then saw his friend go over to the walkway. She gestured for him to follow, which he did after a moment’s hesitation. He spread out his arms and walked like a tight rope walker would. He knew his acrobatic skills would come in handy now. The young boy then thought about the thing that the voice about restoring memories. Also, Kai wasn’t so sure about the dangerous mutant killing his family. He had had dreams about them – alive and looking for him. But that couldn’t be right....could it?
Kai returned to the task at hand, just in time to see that he had almost fallen off the edge. He immediately corrected himself and reminded himself that he needed to concentrate. This wasn’t some tea party.

The imagination was all he let them take. The two had their task. The simplest of them being to just fight and gain their rewards. When they were proven members he can give them a many things... many, many a thing. First these youths must prove their worth. The room was close.
Or so it seems. However, when the two walk slowly on the catwalk they found the sound of whirring underfoot. The main room in the center opened compartments from the floor. Sentry weapons were becoming active thanks to the movement on the walls so with red targeting lights they began to take target on both Ghost and Nocturne. The sound of ammunition loading into the barrels all signs what was in store. The two needed to act fast...
The only way to even think of stopping all those machine turrets was the control room. Finding perhaps the power grid for them, and also that elevator.

Nocturne as soon as she placed one foot on the walkway heard the clicks of guns loading around her. For a split second she froze glancing around she saw a box its metal door padlocked but it was inside the room. She turned to ghost and sighed in frustration.
" OK seems this isn't going to be easy"she said as her hands started to glow as she made two small hex bolts appear in the palms of her hands ready to throw at he guns if they fired at them.
"Ghost you may want to use your talent to get threw that door and reach the box, I 'll keep the guns off you" she said hoping the plan would work, she hoped by working together they could both move on.
As she moved she heard one fire throwing a bolt it hit and exploded the gun but another took its place and she rolled her eyes as she threw her second one bullets streamed toward her but she ported making them pass harmlessly to the far wall as she threw a bolt this time the gun melted and no other replaced it.
"COME ON!!!" she shouted "before it's replaced" she said motioning to Ghost to run while she covered his back.

If Kai thought that this was going to be relatively easy he was definitely wrong. As soon as he began to walk on the walkway he heard the sounds of guns whirring and he froze, having a momentary panic attack, which was thankfully interrupted by Nocturne. He nodded and quickly rushed through his friend. Why had he panicked? Wasn’t he trained to overcome tasks like this? If so then why had he had the sudden panic attack? He would have to ponder that later – right now he had more important matters to attend to.
He instinctively became intangible and made it to the control room. He became tangible and looked around at the control panel. He found the button for the lift and then waited for Nocturne. When she didn’t come after a few minutes he went to investigate. He was extremely worried about his friend and was even more so when he saw her valiantly trying to fight off the guns.
Kai ran back to the control room, looking at the buttons again. He couldn’t think – his mind was all aflutter. He then paused, took a deep breath and calmed himself. He then raced through the buttons, desperately trying to find the right one. He then shrugged and dived in the panel, essentially damaging it.

The guns were targeting the only hot-blooded thing in the room. Nocturne. When Ghost ran off in his other form the full militia of armaments turned on the woman. Firing round after round. It was going to become more trouble than any of them would have liked. However, Ghost's hand short circuited the devices when he phased into them.
With all the upper level devices suddenly shutting down. There was a rather big problem. First, the camera and speakers were off so James no longer could help them, or explain the situations. The other was that the entire building now went pitch black. AND the final problem? The fact that the once opened elevator also shut down. This left them stranded.
Least, here. Alone. The luck had it that Nocturne's ability to see in the dark now became paramount. The two successfully destroyed the guns. Yet they now were trapped up above the next floor. This isn't a good thing. Yet not a bad thing either. They were alone for the moment and without danger when the guns stopped firing.
Still how would they get downstairs? The elevator doors were unlocked. They could try and perhaps climb down the cables...?
Or maybe, the cabinets behind Ghost. If Nocturne checked them out she might find a map, and perhaps another route into the lower levels. The test wasn't over until they at least got to floor two...

Nocturne moved to ghosts side looking around the room they both stood in she placed her hand on his shoulder gently to let him know she was there beside him.
"Don't move let me look around" she said as she moved and riffled threw the desk draws finding nothing she turned her attention to the book shelf. Something sticking out one of the books caught her eye and she took it down, there inside was a scrap of paper that looked like a map.
"I found something, looks like a map" She said and lit a hex bolt to light the room she cradled it gently in her hand as she moved to a table in front of Ghost so he could look.
The Hex bolt gave off an eerie light blue glow as it lit the room."Ok were on this level , two options, one the elevator shaft or two the air ducks , i think elevator would be quickest, we could slide down the cables to the next level and shimmy open the doors?" she gave her opinion now waiting to hear Ghosts options.
